SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

At Oliver Makes Art, we specialize in handcrafted, made-to-order artistic pieces. Unlike mass-produced items, every order undergoes a dedicated creation process to ensure the highest quality and durability. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following artisanal timelines.

1. ARTISANAL PRODUCTION PROCESS

Because our products are crafted specifically for you, they require a multi-stage fulfillment process:

  • Processing & Creative Design: 3-5 business days. (Reviewing order details and preparing the artistic layout).

  • Handcrafting & Material Curing (Drying Phase): Up to 12-15 business days. This stage is mandatory. Our materials require a specific chemical or natural drying time to ensure they do not warp or degrade during international transit.

  • Quality Inspection: 1-2 business days.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMELINES

Once the production and drying phase is complete, your order is handed over to our international logistics partners.

  • International Shipping & Transit: 8-12 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery window: Currently, due to high viral demand and the handcrafted nature of the art, the total estimated time from purchase to delivery is 25 to 35 business days.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number only after the "Drying Phase" is complete and the package has been dispatched.

  • Note: It is normal for tracking numbers to show "Label Created" or "In Transit to Sorting Center" for several days while the package clears international customs and export processing.

4. DELAYS AND VIRAL DEMAND

Oliver Makes Art is a growing brand. During periods of extreme viral demand or global logistical congestion, timelines may be slightly extended. A delay within the 35-business-day window is a standard part of our artisanal commitment and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund/chargeback while the item is in production.

5. SHIPPING ACCURACY

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout or for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery site.

6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

For orders to the USA, EU, and UK, taxes are generally included at checkout. However, the recipient is the "Importer of Record" and must comply with all local regulations and pay any unforeseen customs fees or handling charges imposed by their local authorities.
