TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by Jesús González Álvarez (trading as Oliver Makes Art). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Oliver Makes Art. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. ARTISANAL PRODUCTION & MADE-TO-ORDER NATURE

All our products are crafted upon order. Due to the artisanal nature of our items, which involves specific design, crafting, and a mandatory drying process to ensure material stability and quality, each piece requires a dedicated production timeline. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that they are buying a custom-made item, not a mass-produced stock product.

2. ESTIMATED TIMELINES & FULFILLMENT EXPECTATIONS Due to the high viral demand and the meticulous handcrafted nature of our products, our current production queue is extended. To maintain our quality standards, the following mandatory timelines apply to all current orders:

  • Processing & Creative Design: 3-5 business days.

  • Handcrafted Production & Drying Phase: Up to 15 business days.

  • International Shipping & Logistics: 8-12 business days.

Total Delivery Window: By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to a total delivery window of up to 30-35 business days. Given the current volume of orders, we do not guarantee "expedited" delivery. A delay within this 35-business-day window is a standard part of our artisanal process and does not constitute a breach of contract or a valid reason for a refund or chargeback.

3. VISUAL REPRESENTATIONS & AI ASSISTANCE

We use high-end digital technology and AI-assisted creative previews to showcase the artistic potential and aesthetic details of our products on the Site. These images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for 100% accuracy, the final physical product may have slight variations in texture or color tone due to the artisanal manufacturing process.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it enters our automated processing system.

  • Cancellations: Permitted only within the first 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, the item enters the "Production & Drying Phase," costs are incurred, and the order cannot be canceled. Customers must wait to receive the item and then follow our Return Policy.

5. RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS (PRICING & LOGISTICS)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Errors in pricing or descriptions.

  • Extreme logistical costs to specific remote regions that exceed the feasibility of the sale. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For most major destinations (USA, EU), taxes and duties are included in the final checkout price. However, should any unforeseen local customs charge arise based on specific regional laws, the recipient remains the importer of record and is responsible for such charges.

7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Courts of Ciudad Real, Spain.
